"Mothers
Acting Up."
This
web-based movement of mothers and others is out to redefine the priorities of
our national government away from war and towards children's welfare, in the
tradition of Julia Ward Howe, the author of the Battle Hymn of the Republic and
the originator of Mother's Day. This video follows the group's
stilt-walking Mother's Day parade in an inspiring, irreverent call to action.

"Teaching From the Heart: Celebrating Ten Years of Horizons Alternative." This video, produced in 2002 for the tenth anniversary celebration of Horizons K-8 Alternative School, begins with a look back to the school's founding through interviews, photos, and parents’ archival video clips. The video then moves to the present, mixing interviews with past and present students who express their love and appreciation for their teachers over the years, for their school, and for the community that they carry forward in their lives.
