Climate Change and Colorado’s Future
In collaboration with the University of Colorado at Boulder, National Snow and Ice Data Center, Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES), and Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research (INSTAAR).
This series of videos explored the changing, warming climate, especially as it pertains to Colorado’s ecosystems. The series is informed by what’s going on far away, including in the polar regions, in river systems that originate outside of Colorado, and the impact for species, such as the pika, that live in Colorado and other parts of the world. Many important scientists were interviewed for the series. Because the science kept evolving, the University of Colorado at Boulder decommissioned the series a few years ago. We regret that it is no longer available to the public.
